Restaurant General Manager – Great Culture + Quarterly Bonuses!

Location: Bismarck, ND

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity

Are you a hands-on restaurant leader who loves building great teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and driving results? We're looking for an energetic, motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service casual dining restaurant in Bismarck, ND!

Restaurant General Manager - What You'll Do:

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
Take ownership of restaurant performance, including sales, profitability, and P&L management.
Manage food costs, labor, inventory, scheduling, and operational budgets.
Build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and employee development.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and operational consistency.
Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
Lead by example and stay actively involved in both FOH and BOH operations.

Restaurant General Manager - What We're Looking For:

Proven General Manager experience in a full-service, casual dining, or high-volume restaurant environment.
Strong understanding of P&L management, food and labor costs, and restaurant profitability.
Experience hiring, training, and developing successful teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on, positive leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong operational standards.
A track record of delivering great guest experiences and consistent results.
