Answer team questions, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues quickly to keep production moving. Monitor quality and ensure processes are followed to meet safety and production standards. Support training of team members and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting. Strong technical and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and keep up in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
