RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (RT) FT DAYS

Position: Full Time Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Day Shifts Responsibilities Administer therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities. Operate and monitor respiratory equipment, including continuous and intermittent ventilators, medical gas delivery apparatus, incentive breathing/hyperinflation devices, environmental control systems, and aerosol devices. Administer medical gases, humidification, aerosols, and respiratory medications. Maintain clearance of patients’ natural and artificial airways. Provide primary assistance in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Requirements Completion of an approved respiratory care program. Current BLS certification. Minimum of one to three years of related work experience. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
