Non-Medical Home Care Attendant

Advacare Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated non-medical home care attendant to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in Sun City / Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in home care and possess the three basic levels of certifications required for this role. This position offers competitive pay of $18.50 - $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-skilled personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Monitor client condition and report any changes to supervisory staff
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Follow care plans and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience as a non-skilled homecare caregiver or home attendant
• Possession of the three basic required certifications (must be current and valid)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Phoenix, AZ
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• TB Test
• Arizona food handlers card
