We’re representing a long-established, full-service small animal hospital in Valley Village, CA, seeking an experienced veterinarian to step into a Medical Director role. You’ll be joining a collaborative hospital team with an experienced Hospital Manager already in place, plus support from wider regional leadership. As Medical Director, you’ll guide medical protocols, mentor veterinarians and support staff, oversee clinical quality, and partner with leadership to drive the hospital forward. The current leadership team includes a Medical Director with over a decade of emergency and GP experience, so this is an environment that values strong clinical standards, teamwork, and continued development. The package is highly competitive, with a salary range of $175,000–$250,000, production opportunities, performance bonus potential, relocation assistance, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus.
