ICHS Community Health Services is seeking a highly accountable and self-driven Senior Network Administrator to design, implement, and manage our enterprise network. In this pivotal role, you will dedicate approximately 80% of your time to optimizing network performance, security, and availability, and 20% to critical network engineering initiatives such as capacity planning, architecture enhancements, and automation projects. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to adapt to evolving technologies. Beyond core network administration, you\'ll leverage your hands-on system administration experience to provide crucial backup support for server, virtualization, and endpoint-management tasks. Experience Five years of hands-on experience supporting networks and users in an enterprise production environment. Other Requirement(s) Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) strongly preferred; proficiency with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG); working knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization and storage technologies.
