This is an on-site position in Everett, WA - relocation is not currently available. The Service Advisor is responsible for beginning automotive services and repairs by understanding vehicle performance issues and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. Responsibilities Determine customers primary concerns by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test and reviewing additional maintenance needs as needed Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service that are fair, competitive, transparent price quotes with the customer while keeping the dealership's best interest in mind Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Work with customers on inspection results and recommend service procedures Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a service environment Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting companystandards Outstanding communications skills Professional appearance and work ethics Excellent organizational skills Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be able to work Saturdays Bilingual strongly preferred Job Type: Full-time Experience: Service Department: 2 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Nissan of Everett
