HTF Staffing is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for an immediate full-time opportunity in Weldon, CA, serving students from preschool through 4th grade.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Special Education Teacher
• Location: Weldon, California
• Grade Levels: Preschool – 4th Grade
• Caseload: Approximately 20 students
• Start Date: Immediate
• End Date: Potentially permanent
• Schedule: Full-time
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Positions Available: 1

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students from preschool through 4th grade.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide instruction based on each student's individual academic, developmental, and behavioral needs.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
• Implement appropriate accommodations, modifications, and instructional strategies.
• Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Credential: Special Education M/M or M/S with Early Childhood authorization.
• Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged students is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
