You will lead an experienced, highly technical team toward world-class machine maintenance while partnering closely with management peers in a supportive culture where "Everybody is Somebody."Maintenance Manager - What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Strategic Planning: Plan all maintenance activities, prioritizing day-to-day team tasks, managing long-term improvement projects, and overseeing specialized July and December maintenance projects.Drive Performance Metrics: Track and optimize department KPIs, focusing directly on machine downtime, maintenance and repair costs, and on-time PM completion.CMMS Administration: Act as the primary administrator for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Keep the system meticulously up-to-date by scheduling PMs, opening/closing work orders, logging activities, and managing the asset list.Proactive Evolution: Lead the transition of plant activities from reactive fixing to structured, preventative, and forward-thinking predictive maintenance.Team Leadership & Coaching: Promote a high-performing, flexible, and positive team dynamic.
