Salesperson Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced salesperson to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for our wholesale and retail baked goods and packaged convenience food programs!

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in food service and be accustomed to taking accountability for reaching targets. You should be able to generate leads, close key business opportunities, and set realistic and achievable profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's long-term success.

Essential Functions:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers to generate new business
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing or new customers
• Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
• Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
• Generate and submit sales reports to management
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
• Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership
