Responsibilities
- Plan and provide nursing care for step-down patients, developing and updating individualized care plans
- Accurately interpret ECG rhythms and manage patient care during life-threatening emergencies
- Administer medications and therapies, monitor responses, and adjust as directed by the plan of care
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel within their scope of practice
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record; communicate with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of step-down or comparable critical care experience
- Proficiency in ECG rhythm interpretation and emergency management
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to supervise ancillary staff
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
