Healthcare Analyst

Title : Hospital Activation Operational Readiness Business Analyst Location : Hybrid in Sacramento PR: $45-60/hr Duration : Contract now through 2030 Interview Process: 1 round (interview times for mid October) Start Date: December Must Haves: 3-7 years of experience as a business analyst in a preferably in healthcare, large-scale construction, or facility activation. Strong organizational background to help with meeting facilitation, feeding information to dashboards, etc. Proficient in using Smartsheet’s, and MS Office Products Ability to manage dashboards Plusses: Certification or formal training in business analysis or process improvement (e.g., CBAP, Lean/Six Sigma) is desirable Prior experience supporting hospital or healthcare "activation" projects or occupancy/transition planning, especially within a large hospital or healthcare system. The Business Analyst gathers and analyzes information from departments moving, maintains project tracking tools and readiness documentation, and surfaces trends, gaps, and risks that inform planning and decision-making. This role provides analytical rigor, documentation discipline, and data management that supports the Operational Readiness team to focus on stakeholder alignment and program-level decisions.
