We are an innovative preschool looking for our aftercare staff for the school year. The job is multifaceted and perfect for students and budding educators. The position could look a few different ways. We need a couple of days a week 10am-5pm and 2-5pm (aftercare) some days. Let's talk about what is possible. Willing to work with school schedules for the right folks. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: Some duties would include but are not limited to: Creating relationships with students that are safe, supportive, and responsive Serve Snacks and talk about student's day Project-based Learning- Manage projects and goals with students Work with 2 years-5-year-olds to find optimal and personalized activities depending on need Have fun, create, share and be a role model to children from all backgrounds.
