What You'll Handle

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle to deliver metal of various shapes and sizes to customers.
• Load and unload material using an overhead crane and forklift; carry and move supplies as needed.
• Verify final packaging and labeling meet customer specifications before delivery.
• Pick up material from customer jobsites and complete vendor pick-ups as required.
• Adhere to FMCSA standards and Ryerson safety practices at all times.
• Work efficiently to achieve high productivity on every task.
• Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of flatbed driving experience.
• Current Class A CDL and a valid FMCSA medical card.
• Clean driving record and a history of on-time deliveries and pick-ups.
• Experience making customer deliveries and pick-ups; industrial warehouse background preferred.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane and forklift safely (training provided as needed).
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Physical ability to meet vision, hearing, and mobility requirements and pass the relevant exam.
