Qualifications

Four to seven years in marketing, with direct experience in consumer brand management, social content, digital marketing, or agency. CPG, food & beverage, or protein segment retail industry experience strongly preferred given the technical and retailer-specific nature of the category.

Passion for social media and hands-on social media management experience across major platforms with portfolio of creative output (Meta, TikTok, and paid media shopper marketing channels) and demonstrated success scaling brands through creative-led growth strategies.

Working knowledge of retailer digital ecosystems (Instacart, retailer media networks) and experience with 360-degree social campaigns to support in-store sales.

Project management experience demonstrating ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams across multiple brands at the same time.

Influencer platform expertise with hands-on experience managing creator programs across nano, micro, and macro influencer tiers.

Thrive as a hands-on operator with agency and vendor support — able to move between strategic brand work and tactical execution (writing a caption, building a trade show run-of-show).

Trade show or event management experience, including vendor negotiation and on-site logistics.

Strong creative fundamentals for concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing platform-first content.

Experience managing agencies, creators, and freelance production resources.

Bachelor's degree.
