Local Team Collaboration We believe in local, site-led leadership. Strong collaboration between all physicians and CRNAs on the team supporting full scope of practice for all members. 16 physician and 62 CRNA model. Key Responsibilities Provide perioperative and postoperative care for a Level I trauma center offering cardiac, OB/GYN, general, pediatrics, ortho, neuro, and vascular surgeries. Works in collaboration with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians and medical professionals to ensure appropriate anesthesia services are delivered. Participates in quality assurance efforts, ensuring patient care requirements are met. Effectively assesses and prioritizes various projects. Demonstrates a willingness to work as a team. Complies with Employer’s “Code of Conduct” and Core Values at all times - Quality, Service, Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork. Is committed to interacting effectively and professionally with others. Applies principles for changing/effecting others’ experiences, beliefs, and actions, promoting Sound’s interest and goals. Promotes the profession of Nurse Anesthesia and Sound in a positive manner. Scheduling An average 40-hour work week. Mixture of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. 2nd call approx. 1:40 days with call back pay. Qualifications NBCRNA certified (or to be certified if a student). Active FL license.
