SR Manager, GTC- Digital Enablement

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager of Global Trade Controls Digital Enablement to develop and implement digital, automation, and analytics strategies across trade compliance operations. This role combines trade expertise with technology leadership to translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions while partnering across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global trade controls digital enablement roadmap including analytics, automation, and AI capabilities
- Translate trade regulations and operational requirements into business specifications and technology solutions
- Lead design, implementation, and governance of trade technology solutions across customs, export controls, and screening processes
- Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities while establishing appropriate validation and oversight mechanisms
- Establish trade data governance standards, quality requirements, and performance measures for compliance decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in global trade, supply chain, business, information systems, or related field
- Seven or more years of experience in trade compliance, operations, digital enablement, or analytics
- Working knowledge of customs, tariff classification, export controls, and trade agreement regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead technology and automation initiatives from requirements through implementation
- Experience translating complex compliance and business requirements into scalable digital solutions
- Strong project management, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
