Full-Time LPN Charge Nurse – Evening/Nights (40 Hours) Wilber Care Center | Wilber, Nebraska Make Your Evenings Matter

• Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week
• Monday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Every Other Weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Holiday rotation

As the Evening/Night LPN Charge Nurse , you will provide clinical leadership for the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising nursing assistants and medication aides during your shift.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Completing resident assessments and responding to changes in condition.
• Communicating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and physician orders.
• Promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Serving as the clinical leader during evening and overnight operations.

• Current Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
