The Opportunity

We're looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers.

In this role, you'll answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, provide outstanding customer support, and help ensure every customer receives the exceptional experience Peaden is known for.

Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships will play an important role in our continued success.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
• Build rapport and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records with complete and accurate information.
• Educate customers on available services, maintenance plans, and company offerings when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, technicians, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support company goals while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus.
