What You'll Do

As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care delivery and smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:

• Lead the delivery of quality patient care while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and therapy protocols
• Monitor, guide, and evaluate staff performance, supporting ongoing growth and development
• Help drive efficient operations by coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow, and supporting problem-solving and decision-making
• Provide direct patient care, including managing complex or advanced cases and offering clinical consultation
• Serve as a positive role model, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a patient-first culture

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred)
• Active Occupational Therapist licensure
• BLS Certification (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence in patient care
