On-Site Support Specialist, GSS - Indianapolis, Indiana

Baxter seeks an on-site support specialist to serve as the dedicated representative for a strategic healthcare customer in Indianapolis, providing clinical, technical, and operational support across the Global Surgical Solutions portfolio while building relationships with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated onsite Baxter representative and trusted advisor to stakeholders
• Drive product adoption through education, demonstrations, and workflow optimization
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and integration issues
• Manage system administration activities, implementations, upgrades, and maintenance efforts
• Deliver training programs and monitor customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Ability to build credibility with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with customer focus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer support documentation tools
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in technical support, customer-facing roles, or healthcare environments
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and hospital operations preferred

Compensation: $88,000-$100,000 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility
