Location: Freehold, NJPosition: Automotive Sales Business Development Center (BDC) RepresentativeCompany: Raceway Nissan & Jeep of FreeholdSchedule: 11am-7pm during the week with one weekday off9am-6m Saturdays Raceway Nissan and Raceway Jeep of Freehold are looking for motivated, dependable, andresults-driven Sales BDC Representatives to join our growing team.This is not a receptionist position. This is a performance-based role focused on responding tocustomers, making outbound calls, setting appointments, confirming appointments, and creatingshowroom traffic for both dealerships.The right candidate is confident on the phone, organized, competitive, comfortable workinginside a CRM, and capable of handling a high volume of customer communication every day.ResponsibilitiesRespond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone inquiries, online chats, andcustomer messages Make consistent outbound calls, texts, and emails to new and existing customersSet, confirm, and follow up on sales appointmentsRe-engage unsold customers, missed appointments, previous leads, and inactiveprospects Perform customer retention and data-mining outreach Maintain accurate notes, tasks, appointments, and customer information in the CRM Work closely with sales managers and salespeople to improve appointment show andsold ratesCommunicate current inventory, promotions, incentives, and dealership offers accuratelyMeet established daily and monthly performance standardsPerformance ExpectationsBDC Representatives will be measured on:Outbound call and communication activityLead response timeAppointments setAppointments confirmedAppointment show rateSold appointment rateCRM accuracy and follow-up completionOverall contribution to dealership traffic and salesQualificationsPrevious automotive BDC, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferredAutomotive BDC experience is a strong plusStrong phone, written, and verbal communication skillsComfortable making a high volume of outbound callsAbility to manage multiple customers and follow-up tasksReliable, punctual, organized, and goal- orientedComfortable being coached and held accountable to performance standardsExperience with VinSolutions, Podium, Matador, or similar dealership technology is aplusBilingual candidates are encouraged to applyHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredScheduleFull -time positionSaturdays are requiredSundays and one additional weekday offCandidates must be available to work dealership business hoursCompensation and BenefitsBase salary plus monthly performance commissionsExpected annual earnings of $50,000–$65,000 based on performanceHealth insurance and eligible employee benefitsRetirement plan optionsPaid training and ongoing coachingEmployee discounts on vehicles, service, and partsOpportunity for advancement within the Raceway organizationApply TodayCandidates who are motivated by goals, enjoy speaking with customers, and want theirperformance to directly impact their income are encouraged to apply.Raceway Nissan and Raceway Jeep of Freehold are equal opportunity employers.
