Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and events
• Develop brand messaging and marketing materials
• Track campaign performance and optimize reporting metrics
• Support business development, growth, and client engagement efforts
• Manage marketing platforms, automation tools, and communications
• Mentor junior team members and improve marketing processes

Requirements

• 7 years of marketing experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong background in campaign management and demand generation
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Ability to execute while also driving strategy
• Excellent communication and project management skills
