About the Role:
Nothing Bundt Cakes in New Hartford, NY is looking for a talented and passionate Cake Froster to join our sweet team! This is a hands-on role where you'll craft beautifully frosted bundt cakes that bring joy to every customer's celebration. If you love creating edible works of art in a warm, welcoming environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Apply signature frosting to bundt cakes with precision and consistency using decorating techniques
Maintain high-quality standards for cake presentation and appearance on every order
Follow established frosting patterns and decorating guidelines to ensure brand consistency
Manage frosting station cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
Monitor cake inventory and communicate production needs to the team
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Collaborate with bakery team members to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines
Requirements:
Prior experience in cake decorating, frosting, or a bakery environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
