Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona state PT license or compact-eligible license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in hospital-based acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab settings preferred.
• Current clinical experience evaluating and treating adults with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with acute care protocols, interdisciplinary care planning, and use of standard rehab equipment.
• Prior travel or contract assignment experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1700.
