Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

About the Role

Tiny Town is looking for a caring and dependable Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom focused on kindergarten readiness . Youll create a structured, engaging environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead age-appropriate curriculum
Support early learning (literacy, math, social-emotional skills)
Maintain a safe, organized classroom
Communicate with families and track development
Ensure compliance with Ohio licensing (ODJFS)

Qualifications

Must meet ODJFS Lead Teacher requirements (CDA, degree, or equivalent)
Childcare/preschool experience required
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for early childhood education
