Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8.0

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address discharge barriers and ensure timely equipment and training for patients.
• Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions effectively.
• Complete medical record documentation accurately and in compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in student programs and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Engage in professional development and advocacy efforts within the community.
• Adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current State license as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role, preferably in inpatient rehabilitation.
