- Experience in building AI applications that enhance engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and knowledge management workflows.
- Proven ability to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI within an organization.
- Expertise in establishing reusable AI platform components and frameworks.
- Ability to reduce development effort through AI-assisted workflows and reusable services.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience in deploying production AI applications used by multiple business units.
- Track record of delivering measurable productivity improvements.
- Knowledge of creating reusable RAG, agent, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build and deploy AI applications that support and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance knowledge discovery and decision support.
- Contribute to the development of AI strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.
