We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor who will provide direct support to our Retail and Support Teams in achieving departmental and company goals, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring an unmatched customer experience in our retail locations. This role serves as a leader within the store, driving sales performance, coaching team members, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the day-to-day management of retail operations.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the success of our retail operations while creating exceptional experiences for both customers and employees.

Revenue & Customer Experience
• Support the achievement of store revenue targets and key performance indicators.
• Engage customers and assist in understanding, demonstrating, and selecting products and services.
• Track, compile, and report weekly revenue performance against targets.
• Identify and communicate challenges while assisting in the development of solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and support achievement of customer experience goals, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
• Ensure customers receive friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure promotional materials, displays, and products are accurately presented and merchandised according to company standards.
• Troubleshoot, research, escalate, and resolve customer concerns and service-related issues.

Operations
• Conduct interviews and assist with recruitment efforts to fill open positions.
• Review and approve credit adjustments and customer transaction exceptions within delegated authority.
• Submit inventory requests and monitor stock levels to support business needs.
• Receive inventory and ensure items are accurately reflected in company systems.
• Review inventory discrepancies and support resolution efforts.
• Compile and submit weekly retail reports.
• Report customer and employee feedback and assist in identifying solutions.
• Support the day-to-day maintenance and operations of retail facilities, including coordinating vendors, appointments, service requests, and facility repairs.
• Assist in managing retail facility budgets and ensuring service contracts remain current.
• Maintain accountability for store inventory and company assets.
• Process payments, point-of-sale transactions, reconciliations, deposits, and end-of-day reporting.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and audits.
• Complete required training and stay informed on operational updates, product changes, and company initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Leadership Responsibilities
• Coach, counsel, train, and develop team members.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Assist with staff scheduling and workload distribution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Motivate and support employees in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Respond to customer concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies.
• Directly support the Retail Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations.

Qualifications
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related retail, sales, customer service, or leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of DOCOMO PACIFIC products, services, and competitive offerings preferred.
• Working knowledge of billing systems and retail operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.

Communication Skills
• Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, and operational documents.
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and leadership.
• Ability to professionally resolve customer concerns while building strong relationships and trust.

Work Schedule
• This is a full-time position. Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on business and operational needs.
