Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Staff Full Stack Engineer - Crypto - this is a fully onsite role in NYC.

We are the development company that builds and operates the entire technology stack behind the largest memecoin launchpad in production today. The systems are low latency, high throughput, live under constant load, and break if you get them wrong.

What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling cutting-edge platforms at forefront of crypto and social finance. You'll work across the entire stack, delivering high-performance, user-centric applications in an environment where speed, ownership, and innovation are paramount.

• Architect, build, and ship high-performance solutions at speed, contributing directly to the growth of the world's largest crypto social network
• Work across the stack, from backend infrastructure to frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless and scalable user experiences
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features, balancing speed with quality in a fast-moving environment
• Solve complex technical challenges in a space where innovation and efficiency are the upmost priority
• Collaborate closely with a world-class team of engineers, designers, and product leaders to push boundaries and redefine what's possible
• Take full ownership of your work, from initial concept to production deployment

Who You Are

• A skilled full stack engineer with deep experience in web application development, including technologies like TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js
• Passionate about building high-performance, scalable platforms that enable real-time user interactions
• Familiar with crypto, DeFi, or blockchain technologies (or eager to dive in)
• A problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, quickly breaking down challenges and executing solutions
• High-agency and ownership-driven, capable of leading features end-to-end with minimal guidance
• Experienced in high-growth environments, startups, or fast-moving product teams where speed and impact matter
• Excited to work alongside top-tier engineers and contribute to a platform that's redefining how people interact with crypto
