Job Summary


Our client is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to greet, instruct, direct, check-in, and schedule patients and visitors. The role serves as a liaison between patients and the medical support staff.


Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and visitors
• Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar
• Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree preferred

Experience

• One-year related work experience, preferably in a medical office setting
• Experience with Epic systems preferred

Skills

• Proficiency in using scheduling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
