IT Workforce Enablement Manager [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Workforce Enablement Manager based in the United States.

This role supports employee readiness and adoption as technology, processes, workflows, and operating models evolve across Enterprise Technology. You will turn complex technical and operational information into clear, practical resources that employees can easily understand and use. Working across project teams, Workforce Development, Change Management, Internal Communications, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure people are prepared for change and know where to find support. The position combines content development, learning coordination, knowledge management, communications, and adoption support. You will also monitor readiness indicators and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience. Success in this role means reducing adoption friction, improving workforce readiness, and making change easier to navigate.

Accountabilities:

• Develop practical workforce enablement resources, including job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs, learning pathways, knowledge articles, process documentation, readiness materials, and adoption resources for assigned technology and business initiatives.
• Translate technical, operational, and change-related information into clear, employee-friendly content that helps users understand changes, complete key tasks, and adopt new processes or platforms.
• Partner with subject matter experts, project teams, Change Management, Internal Communications, Workforce Development, leaders, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate information, and align materials with business needs.
• Support workforce readiness and adoption activities related to technology, workflow, process, platform, and operating model changes.
• Publish, organize, and maintain enablement content across approved employee-facing channels, including SharePoint, employee resource hubs, learning platforms, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, email, and related communication channels.
• Coordinate learning and enablement activities, including training logistics, participant communications, enrollment tracking, calendars, intake requests, session support, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain templates, trackers, content calendars, documentation, review histories, and version-control processes to keep enablement resources accurate, current, searchable, and easy to use.
• Track and summarize enablement indicators such as training participation, completion rates, learner feedback, adoption signals, support themes, and available platform engagement data.
• Identify readiness gaps, content requirements, adoption barriers, support trends, risks, dependencies, and approval issues, escalating concerns and recommending practical improvements.
• Use approved collaboration, productivity, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve content creation, summarization, workflow organization, knowledge management, reporting, and overall enablement quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Workforce Development, Organizational Change, Communications, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant experience supporting workforce enablement, employee adoption, change management, communications, learning, training coordination, business operations, technology enablement, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience creating employee-facing enablement materials such as job aids, guides, FAQs, learning resources, knowledge articles, process documentation, readiness materials, or adoption resources.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content-simplification skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, practical, and actionable guidance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and related collaboration platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, stakeholders, calendars, templates, trackers, approvals, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Comfort reviewing basic learning, adoption, engagement, or platform metrics and translating them into concise observations, summaries, and practical recommendations.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to build effective relationships across Workforce Development, Internal Communications, Change Management, project teams, technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders.
• Sound judgment when working with confidential, sensitive, technical, operational, or time-sensitive information, including the responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment with shifting priorities, evolving requirements, and multiple stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship, as sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Estimated base salary range of $77,100–$118,600 USD annually , with actual compensation varying based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, certifications, and organizational needs.
