Warehouse & Inventory Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse & Inventory Specialist, you will be part of the logistics department supporting warehouse operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory Specialist

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $20-$25

What's the Job?

• Manage, track, and reconcile stock levels through daily cycle counts and physical inventories

• Inspect incoming shipments, verify bills of lading, and log outgoing freight accurately

• Investigate discrepancies such as lost, damaged, or mismatched stock and implement system corrections

• Input data and update records using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Transport raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, ensuring proper handling and storage

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, stockroom, or warehouse operations

• Basic computer literacy, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with barcode scanners or ERP platforms

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30 to 50 pounds repeatedly

• Forklift certification/license
