Remida Management LLC seeks a Real Estate Disposition Specialist to expand our reach among property investors, showcase real estate opportunities, and facilitate connections with prospective buyers.

As our business approaches its 12th year, we continue to expand our presence in the real estate market. $52,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Identify and qualify potential investors for available properties.
• Develop targeted marketing strategies to promote company properties.
• Design and maintain property marketing materials and templates.
• Analyze buyer preferences, purchasing criteria, and investment activity.
• Research and establish connections with hedge funds and acquisition teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with qualified buyers.
• Identify turnkey investors and guide them through available investment opportunities.

• Experience in real estate sales or property disposition, ideally within the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater area.
• Ability to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that effectively promote properties to potential investors.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, hedge funds, and acquisition teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess buyer preferences, purchasing criteria, and investment activity.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present investment opportunities and negotiate deals.
• Proficiency in using current technology and resources to enhance property promotion and investor outreach.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
