Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification with ESE endorsement (required)
• Experience managing 4th and/or 5th grade caseloads strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, compliance, and accommodations
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Must be able to work onsite daily

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and support individualized education programs (IEPs) for assigned 4th and 5th grade students
• Serve as a resource for classroom teachers on special education strategies and inclusion best practices
• Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Communicate regularly with families, colleagues, and administrators to support student growth
• Oversee the implementation of accommodations, modifications, and service delivery
• Promote a positive and inclusive school environment for all learners
