Qualifications: Proven Program Director experience with a track record of success Strong command of music scheduling, automation systems, imaging, and content production A commitment to local connections, community support, and culture building Ability to collaborate with sales, delivering creative solutions for clients and partners Understanding of social media’s role in modern radio Knowledge of Nielsen ratings Inspirational leadership skills to guide your team and collaborate across departments On-air skills to keep listeners tuned in during the afternoon drive Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.
