This is a 100% remote position providing telehealth therapy to patients 13+. Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah, Oregon and/or California. Current, active, and unencumbered independent State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah, Oregon, and/or California. - Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health

• Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements
• Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting

Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University. - Current, active, and unencumbered independent State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah, Oregon, and/or California. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
