Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport while upholding ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring continuous support and guidance.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and timely progress notes for all clients to track therapeutic progress.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client challenges and formulate initial treatment strategies.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, focusing on a range of mental health issues and therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency with computer applications, including Excel, Outlook, and specialized RMS systems (e.g., PIMSY).

• Demonstrated capability in providing direct psychotherapy services tailored to individuals and families.

• Experience conducting intake assessments and developing an initial treatment plan.
