Job Summary The Corporate Controller plays akeyrole inleading andmanaging all aspects of the company’s accountingprocesses,systems,and accounting personnel. The Corporate Controller is responsible foroverseeing the company’s general ledger accounting, revenue,accounts payable,cash,and payrolloperations,managing accounting records, preparing financial projections,evaluatingand managing risk, ensuring compliance withgenerally accepted accountingprinciples(GAAP),integrating the accounting operations of acquired businesses,publishing financial statements, analyzing financial data,monitoringexpenditures,coordinatingfinancial and taxaudits, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. Responsibilities Establish andmaintainthe organization’s accountingprocesses, practices, procedures, and initiatives including general ledgeraccounting, chart of accountsmaintenance, and accountreconciliation andanalysis Manage the company’s accounting functions (revenue, AR, AP, general ledger, expense management, payroll),personnel, andsystems Leadmonthand year-end close processand deliveron-timefinancial reporting to the company’smanagement,board, investors, and financial sponsors Serve as company’s point person andmanage all aspects of the company’sannual financialaudit, includingcoordinating internal resources and support materials,liaising with external auditors, reviewingthefinancial statement preparationandfootnote disclosuresfor on-time completion Develop, implement, andmaintainfinancial controls, guidelines,policiesand procedures that protect company assets,promoteconsistency across the organization, andmaintaincompliance with GAAP Partner with HR, ensuretimelyandaccuratepayroll processing Build and lead an accounting team that thrives on trust and productivity Lead integration ofacquiredbusinessesfinancialreporting,systems,processes, and personnelsupportinganaggressive M&A strategy Partner andcollaborate with the CFOto make decisionsrelated tothe accounting team,set strategic goals,advisebusiness functional leaders on complex financial accounting and reporting issues and current technical accounting developments Support monthly financial reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in the process and preparation ofconsolidatedfinancial results Collaborate with the CFO and FP&A organization to support the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts Maintain accounting, financial reporting, financial control, and information systems to ensure adequate records,appropriate authorizationof transactions, and asset safeguarding Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams toestablishand enforce financial controls and accounting procedures Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementation of new processes Stay up to date with emerging technical accounting developments Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field 10+ years progressive accounting experience inprivateand/or public accounting, ideally with experienceinanMSP or technology company with strongrecurring revenueand professionalservicesexperience Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP software highly preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong oral and written communication skills Effective time management and multi-tasking skills Maintains the ability to stay organized and be detail-oriented Demonstrates a passion for solving problems or helping others and take the initiative in driving continuous improvement/execution excellence Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage and multi-task effectively and accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, processes,and procedures Hands-on, player-coach attitude consistent with our small, growing team Ideal technical skills includeNetSuite,Quick Books,and Excel Strong attention to detail and a commitment to right-first-time Desire to build a department and thrive in a fast-paced environment Solid foundation of accounting skills and GAAPevidencedthrough work experience and/or CPA designation Certificates, Licenses, Registrations CPA Compensation Package Rich Medical and prescription plans Dental & Vision Paid Holidays and Flexible Paid Time Off 401K/401K Roth with Safe Harbor matching Stock Appreciation Rights Company-paid life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance Company-paid mental health support & financial wellness services FSA for medical and dependent care HSA option with compatible medical plan Company-paid training, materials, and exams Performance-based bonuses About the company IT Solutions IT Solutions is an equal employment opportunity employer that provides opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
