Manufacturing Machine Operators (Full-Time) Needed ASAP

Pay Range: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start, 8 - 12 hour shifts (overtime expected)

Location: Madison, TN

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate sewing, flame bonding or lamination, and material gluing equipment safely and effectively
• Perform all tasks in compliance with safety procedures and protocols
• Maintain a consistent commitment to safety standards set by both company and industry regulations
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and ensure efficient operations

What We’re Looking For

• Machine operating or manufacturing experience required
• Flame Bonding or Flame Lamination experience is preferred
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle physically demanding work environments
• Dependable, punctual, and available to work 40–50 hours per week
