Sales Associate

Overview As a Sales Associate at Carter’s, you will greet families, assist with baby essentials, and support their shopping experience in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point‑of‑sale/register transactions. Perform floor replenishment and shipment activities as needed. Communicate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers. Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize store loss through exceptional service. Qualifications Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Compensation Hourly rate ranging from $10.00 to $11.75 based on experience and location.
