Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse - $20K Bonus

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a company who is redefining senior living in Mandan, ND

Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:

Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
Assess current and prospective residents
Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:

Current state Registered Nurse (RN)
Previous experience supervising staff
Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
Passion and drive for helping others
A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
