This is an entry-level position for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products on production lines, operating machinery, and working with hand or power tools to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. Team members will rotate between multiple stations based on production needs.Additional duties may include:Quality control and quality assurance checksPackaging finished products for shipmentMaintaining efficiency and cleanliness of the production lineCollaborating with team members to meet daily production goalsReliable transportation is a MUST.Essential QualificationsWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes, patterns, and techniquesAbility to lift and move heavy items as requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsTeam-oriented mindset and commitment to following safety protocolsAbility to stand for long periods of timeMaintain clean and organized workstationsGood communication skillsForklift and reach truck experience is a plus, but not required
