Duration: Contract 6 months

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Job Summary:

Verify contents of received material against bills of lading, invoices, or packing slips.

Essential Job Duties:

• Receive purchased and manufactured part and customer supplied material.

• Ensure materials and parts are in processed in a timely manner.

• Maintain paperwork/traceability of all incoming material to include Packing Lists, Certs, 8130"s, Conformity data and any other pertinent information.

• Ensure log sheets are properly completed and maintained.

• Loads/Unloads trucks and delivery vehicles as needed.

• Maintain neat and orderly Receiving area.

Secondary Duties:

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Read, write, speak and understand the English language.

• Has a thorough knowledge of common receiving practices and warehouse operations, i.e., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

• Must have working knowledge of receipt, verification and stocking of parts.

• Must have the ability to lead people and accept responsibility.

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language.

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Subject to continual loud noises.

• Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.

• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, stand for prolonged periods of time; climb steps and ladders.

• Must be able to safely work around hazardous chemicals, solvents, resins and adhesives.
