Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Home Healthcare (HH) This position is located in Rhinelander, WI. It involves providing quality home health services with a focus on adult patient care. The role requires adherence to established protocols and efficient coordination of care for patients in their homes. Job Details Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required. Education Requirements: Completed relevant training and licensing in-hand. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 12 months of Home Health experience within the past three years, including OASIS experience for staff completing Start of Care (SOC). Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required. Location Requirements: Active drivers license and personal transportation are mandatory. Years of Experience: 12 years. Shift Time: Days, 8 hours per shift. Schedule: M-F, 8 AM 5 PM, 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Must have Home Health experience with adult care, including admission assessment, discharge, recertification, start of care, wound care, medication management, pain assessment, IV start and maintenance, phlebotomy, infection control, and medication administration. On-call rotation may be required. RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application. Submittal Requirements: License in hand, active drivers license, personal transportation, and timely communication and documentation are mandatory. All travelers are required to have an active drivers license, and personal transportation.
