Sales Consultant

Overview Our client is seeking a Sales Consultant for its Palm Beach Gardens boutique, with a primary focus on fine jewelry sales in a luxury retail environment. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced seller who can step in quickly, build client relationships, and contribute in a lean store setting. The role offers strong earning potential, with total annual compensation targeted around $120,000 through base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Deliver a high-touch client experience and guide customers through fine jewelry purchases with confidence and professionalism. Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty. Demonstrate strong product knowledge across fine jewelry categories, including materials, gemstones, styling, and care. Meet and exceed individual sales goals through active selling, prospecting, follow-up, and consistent client outreach. Support daily store operations in a lean team environment, including opening and closing responsibilities as needed. Maintain showroom standards, presentation, and overall selling floor readiness in line with luxury retail expectations. Collaborate with store leadership and team members to support business needs during a period of transition. Assist with additional store duties as needed to ensure a smooth client experience and strong day-to-day execution. Requirements 3-5+ years of fine jewelry sales experience in a luxury boutique or comparable high-end retail environment. Proven ability to sell jewelry successfully with minimal training and contribute immediately. Strong knowledge of fine jewelry, including gemstones, precious metals, design details, and client education. Comfort working independently and handling responsibilities beyond selling when business needs require it. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Track record of developing repeat clientele and delivering consistent sales performance. Ability to work a full-time, on-site schedule in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Availability for weekends, holidays, and special events as required by the store schedule. Compensation expectations aligned with a structure that includes base salary, commission, team bonus, and milestone or individual bonus opportunities.
