The Role

As an Audit Manager , you will lead engagements, mentor staff, and serve as a key advisor to clients while helping drive the continued growth of the firm’s assurance practice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple audit and assurance engagements
Review work prepared by seniors and staff to ensure quality and compliance
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them grow professionally
Collaborate with partners on engagement strategy and firm initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver greater client value

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of public accounting audit experience
CPA license preferred
Demonstrated experience managing engagements and leading teams
Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to balance technical excellence with team leadership
Desire to grow within a firm that values long-term careers
