The Role
As an Audit Manager , you will lead engagements, mentor staff, and serve as a key advisor to clients while helping drive the continued growth of the firm’s assurance practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple audit and assurance engagements
- Review work prepared by seniors and staff to ensure quality and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them grow professionally
- Collaborate with partners on engagement strategy and firm initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver greater client value
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- CPA license preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing engagements and leading teams
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance technical excellence with team leadership
- Desire to grow within a firm that values long-term careers
