Assisted Living Supervisor

The role involves providing hands-on leadership in an assisted living environment, supporting daily operations and delivering high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include supervising team members, providing direct resident care, assisting with scheduling and staffing, reviewing timekeeping for payroll accuracy, monitoring resident health, and developing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). Collaborate with Activities and Dining teams to promote resident engagement, participate in crossover meetings for effective communication, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards. Promote safety, infection control, and risk management practices while guiding staff to deliver compassionate, consistent care. Qualifications & Skills: At least 1 year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems) Flexibility to work evenings and weekends This role requires a proactive leader committed to enhancing resident well-being through effective team management and compassionate care delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC
