Med Surg RN - Full Time Nights

Full Time Night Shift RN to work the Med Surg floor. Looking for a full time RN to work night shift on the Med Surg floor. Schedule includes 12 hour shifts (6:45pm to 7:15am), every 3rd weekend and self scheduled holiday rotation. RN must be a team player, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to deliver excellent patient care. Excellent teamwork environment, supportive leadership, and a strong awareness of safe staffing ratios. Be part of a welcoming, fostering environment with opportunities to cross train to Emergency Department if desired. Opportunities for advancement to Charge Nurse if positive and effective leadership skills are demonstrated. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a RN in the State of Iowa or a compact state. Certification in Basic Life Support and preferably Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Experience At least one year of experience as an RN preferred but not required. Applicant must pass a background check, employer provided health assessment (including applicable vaccines) and provided drug screen before hiring. Position open until filled.
