We are looking for an HR Generalist who brings solid HR experience, strong judgment, and a genuine care for people. This is an in-office role based in either Londonderry, NH or Keene, NH , supporting a mission-driven organization where culture matters, people matter, and the work we do truly makes a difference.

What you’ll doIn this role, you will support a range of day-to-day HR functions that help keep our organization running smoothly and compliantly. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting onboarding and new hire entry processes
- Helping maintain HR records and systems accurately
- Assisting with HR compliance and employment-related documentation
- Partnering with leaders and team members on general HR needs
- Contributing to process improvement and helping keep HR operations organized, responsive, and people-centered
- Providing support across locations as part of a collaborative HR team
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in HR and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities
- Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
- Warm, professional, and able to communicate well with employees at all levels
- Comfortable handling confidential information with care and discretion
- Confident navigating systems and processes
- Interested in improving how work gets done, not just maintaining the status quo
Experience serving as a subject matter expert in HRIS systems is a plus, but not required.
